Chester County School District (CCSD) requests qualified firms to
proposals for providing Pre-Construction Services and Construction Management At- Risk Services for ESSER projects as assigned and capital improvements such as new construction, renovations, additions, and other projects authorized by the district as and when funding is available.
Pre-Bid Information:
There will be no site visit for this RFP. Please submit all questions, in writing, to Mary Evans by June 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
