Littlepage Cooling Tower Install

Scope of Work:

- LOTO existing cooling tower, drain and abandon in place

• Install footers and supporting steal in the parking lot behind the mechanical room
  - Set new Carrier supplied BAC FXT-130 Induced Draft Open Circuit Cooling Tower with new VFD
  - Provide all needed tower water piping corrections to the new tower
  - Provide all needed piping with back flow preventer for make up water
  - Provide all needed power and controls corrections with programming
  - Fill tower, leak check all work
  - Perform startup and check for proper operation

Exclusions / Clarifications:

This does not include the waste disposal and labor performed outside normal business hours unless otherwise noted.
