NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

Pursuant to Chapter 30B, Section 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L. c. 30B, §6), the Natick  Public Schools, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the District”), acting  through the Natick School Committee, invites the submission of sealed proposals for the procurement of  musical instrument rentals for students in the Natick Public Schools. The Request for Proposals (“RFP”)  may be obtained from Craig Chisholm, K-12 Director of Music, Natick High School, 15 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, by emailing cchisholm @ natickps . org between 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. local  time, Monday through Friday, beginning on September 2, 2025. Please do not request documents prior to that date/time. No Pre-Proposal Conference will be held. Ten (10) copies of each sealed Proposal, contained in separately sealed envelopes marked, respectively, “RFP: Procurement of Musical Instrument Rentals – Price Proposal” and “RFP: Procurement of Musical Instrument Rentals – Non-Price Proposal” will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, September 17, 2025, at the Office of Natick High School. ? Director of K-12 Music, Natick High School, 15 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all Proposals will be opened in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, §6. (Proposers shall also submit an electronic copy of the Non-Price Proposal with their Non-Price Proposal Submission). If the Offices of Natick High School are closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for receipt of proposals will be extended until 9:00 A.M. the next business day that the Director of Music’s Office is open. All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by the District, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Proposers, and Proposal Submission Requirements. The District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of the District. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Proposals.
