RFP for Comprehensive Park and Recreation Plan Consultant

Project Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), Lehigh Township (hereinafter "Township") seeks proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services to develop the Township’s first Comprehensive Park and Recreation Plan.
The Comprehensive Park and Recreation Plan will function as a guide to potential identify improvements and/upgrades to existing park facilities as well as future development of the facilities; evaluate if the Township is efficiently and effectively managing the facilities to both best utilize tax dollars and meet the needs of the community; establish goals and objectives for the Township and the Parks and Recreation Board; and identify the steps to be taken to achieve those goals and objectives. The plan is envisioned to be an achievable, implementable working document to meet the recreational needs of the Community for the next 10 to 12 years.
