Project Description: The City of Albuquerque is currently accepting Proposals from qualified individuals, qualified teams of individuals, and/or firms for operation and management services for the Ladera Municipal Golf Course located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to consider operational alternatives for Clubhouse operations that includes the clubhouse buildings, banquet facility, pro-shop, snack bar/restaurant, the power cart storage area and the immediate surrounding areas of the Clubhouse (collectively, "Clubhouse").
