Background
The property for sale is a 0.18 acre parcel located at the north end of Main St. that previously served as a fire station for the 8 th Utilities District. The site is zoned Industrial (IND); uses allowed in this zone encompass a wide range of industrial and commercial uses, however the property sits on a major State road, within a mixed-use area and close to residential neighborhoods.
