Description: The New York Power Authority (The Authority) is soliciting through this Request for Proposal (RFP) proposals to engage one or more financial advisors to provide financial advisory services for Energy Projects in conjunction with one or more of the following capital-intensive programs. Renewables Transmission Program Distributed Solar Asset Sales Other Transaction Related Services Power Purchase Agreement for Prepaid Electricity Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to access the bid information. Bidders obtaining documents from sources other than nypa.gov do so at their own risk. Incomplete bid responses may be rejected by the Authority.
