A Design-Build contract for the complete renovation of a single 34 person dorm building is being contemplated at Minot AFB, ND. The interested contractor would be required to have, or show the ability to obtain, the ability to create a 100% design package for the complete renovation of a multifamily residential building incoporating all applicable local, state, federal, and installation rules, regulations, and standards. Once acceptance of a satisfactory design package is reached the contractor would be expected to complete the full renovation following all plans and procedures outlined in the approved package. Interested contractors should be registered in the noted NAICS, 236118, and have experience with work in NAICS 541310 and 541330.
