Grout Park Improvements
Description:
This project is the restoration of an existing Cricket Field. The scope of work is to be done in two phases. Phase one requires demolition of existing structures, utilities, perimeter fencing, brush and trees, selected asphalt paved areas, and other earthwork designed for the preparation of cricket fields. Phase two is the reconstruction of cricket fields. Generally, this work involves soil grading for proper water drainage, installation of perimeter fencing and gates, replacement of soil, turf and other vegetation in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
