RFP - Stormwater Condition Assessment - Spring Hill, KS

The City of Spring Hill, Kansas is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to perform a condition assessment of the stormwater system for the following:

Four (4) original and one electronic copy of the proposal containing must be submitted to:

City Hall

401 N. Madison St

Spring Hill, KS 66083

Attn: City Clerk

The proposal must be sealed and clearly labeled with the name and address of the respondent, as well as the project name:

“City of Spring Hill – Stormwater Condition Assessment RFP”

RFQ Deadline: Responses must be received no later than 10:00am CST on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Proposals received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened to the non-responsive firm.

The RFP is available at City Hall, located at 401 N. Madison St, Spring Hill, KS 66083, or available online at www.springhillks.gov .

The RFQ can be seen or purchased for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com .

Any questions regarding this request must be submitted in writing to Alysen Abel at Alysen.abel@springhillks.gov prior to 2pm on Wednesday, July 1st. Questions and all responses will be shared with other respondents through an addendum. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
