1.0 Introduction
The City of Gallatin is soliciting sealed bids for PVC and Dual Wall A.D.S.
(N12) Pipe for use by the Public Works Department. Bids must be submitted in a
sealed envelope clearly marked:
"PVC / ADS PIPE BID"
Due: Friday, June 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM
2.0 Technical Specifications
Bidders must provide pricing for the following items:
Dual Wall A.D.S. Plastic Pipe (N12): Sizes 12"-60", 20-foot sections

3.0 Vendor Requirements
Prices must include delivery FOB: Gallatin, TN.

Vendor must complete and submit the attached Price Sheet.

Prices must remain firm for one (1) year.

Contract may be extended to three (3) additional years, in one (1) year

increments, upon mutual agreement.
4.0 Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on the following factors:
Completeness of the bid response

Cost

Vendor's performance record and references

Product and service quality

Adherence to specifications

5.0 Contract Award
The City of Gallatin reserves the right to:
Reject any or all bids

Waive informalities

Make an award in the best interest of the City of Gallatin

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all
specifications, pursuant to the Municipal Purchasing Act of 1983.

Iran Divestment Act: Bidders must not be on the list created pursuant to

T.C.A. 12-12-106.
Boycott of Israel: Contractor must not be engaged in a boycott of Israel as

defined in T.C.A. 12-4-127.
Civil Rights Compliance: No discrimination based on race, color, sex, age,

disability, or national origin, in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964 and 49 CFR Part 21.
