This Sources Sought Notice is being conducted under the authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and applicable requirements of HHSAR Subpart 326.71 (RFO Deviation) to determine the availability and capability of ISBEE concerns to satisfy this requirement.

The Government has not finalized all technical specifications and is seeking information regarding commercially available Mobile CT solutions capable of satisfying the requirement.

4. DELIVERY / MOBILIZATION

Due to the urgent need for CT capability, IHS is evaluating the commercial market's ability to mobilize a Mobile CT unit rapidly after contract award.

Respondents shall identify the earliest timeframe in which they can deliver, install, test, and make a fully operational Mobile CT unit available at HHCC following contract award.

Please specifically indicate whether your company can achieve operational readiness within:

☐15 calendar days after award

☐ 30 calendar days after award
