Description:

The County of Spotsylvania, VA is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services and materials for construction of a 5-foot sidewalk along the western side of Chancellor Park Drive with curb and gutter and enclosed drainage. A new 8-inch waterline is required behind the sidewalk with sanitary service connections. This work occurs between Willow Pond Drive and Charger Lane and is approximately 855 feet in length.

Additional sidewalk is planned at the intersection of Willow Pond Drive (East) and Chancellor Park Drive and a CG-12 is planned approximately 965 feet north of Charger Lane.

Item 1 - Changes to IFB
1. The Bid Due Date has been extended to Monday, October 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
2. Correction to Bid Form.
Bid Form Item 77 contained a typographical error. The item should be HYDRAULIC
EROSION CONTROL PRODUCT TYPE 3 but was shown as TYPE 2. Please use the updated
Bid Form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
