Campus Wide Flooring Maintenance Term 2025

The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) is seeking Proposals to create a pool of three (3) term contractors to perform general flooring installation and related services of a reoccurring nature with delivery and schedules indefinite.  Total annual contract amount shall not exceed $200,000 with each individual project not exceeding $25,000 and no guarantee of a contract minimum. The initial term will be from the date of award through December 31, 2025 and four (4) one-year options to renew through December 31, 2029.

Selection Process and Basis for Award: Proposals will be evaluated based on Performance and Price Proposals.  Only Offerors meeting the minimum requirements outlined in Section C – Proposal Evaluation will be considered during evaluation of Price Proposals. The University intends to award contracts to the responsive, responsible Offerors whose proposals, conforming to the RFP requirements, receive the highest total number of evaluation points, price and other considered factors.

RFP documents may also be viewed by appointment only at the office of Division of Design and Construction, University of Alaska, 1850 Tanana Loop, Lola Tilly Building, Troth Yeddha’ Campus, Fairbanks, Alaska. Offerors must register through the website to be notified of addenda and to submit proposals. The Offeror is responsible for periodically checking the site for addenda or additional information for the project.

RFP Inquiries: Inquiries and questions relating to this RFP must be submitted on the Bid Express website at the website address given above no later than five (5) days prior to the deadline for proposal submission.

Pre-Proposal Conference: There will be no Pre-Proposal Conference.

Deadline for Submission of Proposals: Proposals must be submitted to the University on the Bid Express website as specified in the Instructions to Offerors, no later than 2:00 p.m., Alaska local time, Friday, December 13, 2024 to be considered.
