Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide the furnishing and delivering the following chemical to the Maryland Environmental Service: DELPAC 2000, GPAC 2000 or approved Equivalent Polyaluminum Chloride by bulk tanker load consisting of approximately 460,000 pounds.
