This Specification Package constitutes the terms of a 1-year contract for the Purchase of Magnetically Actuated 15kV Circuit Breakers.

THIS ITB SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT. Not to exceed five (5) years

This ITB may be used by other City of Lakeland departments if applicable
