01 Apr 2025: The purpose of this update is to provide industry with draft RFP documents; answers to their Draft RFP questions; and to ask Industry questions.

1) Several draft RFP documents are hereby posted here. Request review and all feedback be received NLT 4pm EST, Wednesday, 16 Apr 2025 to the POCs listed in #5 below.

2) The posted DRAFT RFP documents are the DRAFT Sections L&M, the DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO), the DRAFT CLIN structure, and the Draft RFP Attachment 6, Cost Model. Industry Questions with Answers, Questions to Industry, and the DD Form 2345 (referenced in # 3) below are also posted here.

3) If access to the bidder’s library is needed, submit a completed DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the POCs listed in #5 below.
