Solicitation Summary
The St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission is currently soliciting bids for the Wicomico Shores Wastewater Lift Station (WWLS) #1 and #2 Rehabilitation Projects. Wicomico Shores WWLS #1 construction work will occur
at the end of Sycamore Drive in Mechanicsville,
Maryland 20659, adjacent to 26000 Sycamore Drive Mechanicsville, Maryland 20659, and as shown on Attachment I: Wicomico Shores #1 WWLS - Plans. Wicomico Shores WWLS #2 construction work will occur at 35410 Army Navy Drive, Chaptico, Maryland 20621 as shown on Attachment Q: Wicomico Shores #2 WWLS - Plans.

Additional Instructions
One original and one copy of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the company name, legal address, the Bid Number and Bid Opening date. Sealed bids must be addressed to Tanya Parker, Procurement Agent, and clearly marked “SEALED BID FOR Wicomico Shores WWLS #1 (1221SS) and #2 (1241SS) Rehabilitation Projects” and received at the Commission’s Administrative Office until the date and time shown below

At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

All potential bidders are encouraged but not required to attend. This will be the only opportunity for a site visit.
