Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a sole-source requirement to procure Enhanced Mobile Vehicle Surveilance System with Radar (eMVSS-R). The scope of this requirement includes upfitting 30 existing MVSS-R units to become eMVSS-R and the purchase of 16 new eMVSS-R units. It also includes program management, engineering support, test and evaluation, operator training, train-the-trainer training, warranty, maintenance and logistics support, maintenance training, and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents. The Contractor is solely responsible for the execution of this requirement and shall provide all supplies and services necessary for successful delivery of all required deliverables. A J&A has been approved for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.303-1.
