RFB 27-001 Toledo Bend Project Joint Operations Powerhouse Outage Unit #1

Notice to Bidders
The Sabine River Authority of Texas (SRA-TX) and the Sabine River Authority, State of Louisiana
(SRA-LA), acting jointly as Toledo Bend Project Joint Operation (TBPJO), "Owner", is seeking bids
for Hydro Station Outage Unit #1 at the Toledo Bend Project Joint Operation Office (TBPJO). Sealed
bids for the Project will be received electronically at www.CivcastUSA.com, until August 12th,
2026, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, the bids will be virtually opened and read aloud. Public
attendance will be at the TBPJO Office at 450 Spur 135 Burkeville, TX, 75932 A Zoom meeting
invitation will be posted to CivCast and SRA-TX website for the opening of the bids.
Bids must be submitted and received no later than the opening date and time specified above. The
Owner is not responsible for ensuring the submittal of Bids through www.CivcastUSA.com. Bids
shall be marked, "Request for Bid - TBPJO Hydro Station Outage Unit #1 (RFB #27-001)."
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Toledo Bend Project Joint Operation Office at 450
Spur 135 Burkeville, TX, 75932 on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to make certain that the
scope of work is fully understood. All interested parties are required to attend.
