Workforce Development Alignment

The Office of Workforce Strategy seeks a contractor(s) who will conduct quantitative and qualitative research of Connecticut’s WIOA-funded workforce development system’s primary required, as well as voluntary, partners tasked with delivering services to specific populations, including adult learners, youth, re-entry, veterans and people with disabilities. The research will include an inventory of services provided, the partners involved in each service, and the gaps and best practices in the delivery of those services. The research will culminate in a set of actionable recommendations –on how to close identified gaps, scale best practices, and create greater coordination and efficiencies among partners that will strengthen the system as a whole.
