The City of Missoula, Montana is seeking a multi-disciplinary design firm through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to provide professional services for riverbank stabilization and restoration along the Bitterroot River within the Fort Missoula Ponds parcel located at 2800 40th Avenue Missoula, MT 59804.
Scope of work to include and not limited to: Site survey and assessment of existing conditions, hydrological and geotechnical investigation, preparation of stamped, bid-ready construction plans with cost estimate, details and specifications, applicable permits, and environmental assessment.
Following consultant selection and an Agreement, the City would expect the project scope of work to be complete on or before March 1, 2026.
Montana professional engineering licensure is required for this work and must be in-hand at the time your RFQ is submitted. A civil or environmental engineer is preferred. If this requirement is not met and clearly identified in the proposal, your proposal will be considered non-responsive.
