The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the attached Statement of Work under NAICS Code 811310. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with a PDF Document Format. Responses shall be limited to ten (10) pages and submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Christie Ashcraft at christie.j.ashcraft.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 8:00am EST on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Proprietary information should be minimized and must be clearly marked.
