NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE
SS-26-0696JM Maintenance and Support, Code Publishing
Response Due No Later than Thursday, April 16, 2026, 1:00 pm, Pacific local time.
This is a notice of the County’s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3.04.180. This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis will not be considered as bids, quotes or proposals.
Scope and Purpose of Procurement
Snohomish County intends to proceed with a single source procurement for Code Publishing maintenance and support. The County has employed this software as its legislative search platform since competing it in 2012, with a single source procurement previously taking place in 2021. The proposed awardee is Code Publishing. The estimated value of this product/service is $30,000 per year. The proposed contract term is five (5) years.
Statement of Capabilities/Interest
Firms or individuals may identify their interest and capability to compete for this procurement by submitting a statement of capability/interest with the firm’s name, point of contact, telephone number and email address, together with a statement describing their capability to provide the specified functionality and integration.
