Project Description: Bid Proposals will be received online by Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority (SWDCMA), via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 work to be done in the areas that are designated as SWDCMA’s property along Sanitary Sewer Easements and ROWs. Work includes Clearing of vegetations/trees/ overgrown bushes/grass along Valleybrook Chase, West Branch Chester Creek Interceptor, and Crozerville/Rolling Hills Easements; and Maintenance of previously Cleared SWDCMA-maintained Easement/ROWs. Add alternate services include the Clearing of Valleybrook Chase Access Road Easement, Hidden Valley Road Property, and Sun Center Easement, and maintenance of previously cleared homeowner-maintained Easement/ROWs.
Bidder shall submit their bid on the PennBid website, by the set time on the due date.

The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid package or as stipulated in the individual contract. They should be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly endorsed on the outside for the specific project.
Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in the bid packages, particularly the project being subject to various insurance requirements.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the Authority.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
