Re-Bid - Sealed proposals will be received by NC State University. Attention Robert M. Cwikla, until 3:00 PM on September 18, 2025 in Conference Room 301, Administrative Services III Building 2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC 27695 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the construction of: NC State University Jordan Hall HVAC Renovations SCO ID No.: 21-23347-01A NC State Project No.: 202120003 Upgrades to the existing mechanical equipment to include, replacing a supply fan VFD, condensate drain pans and a steam heating coil at the main air-handling unit. The work will include associated controls and electrical power connections.
