IT Research and Advisory Subscription Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of IT Research and Advisory Subscription Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Information Technology Division (ITD), is seeking subscription-based IT research services, as its current active contracts are set to expire. To ensure the continuity of these essential services, ITD requires support from a qualified Information Technology (IT) research group(s) to assist in achieving its goals.

The Successful Proponent will provide subscription services, including but not limited to, the following:
• Research and advisory services to inform key decisions in planning and delivering IT strategy and services;
• Enhancement of limited specialist and executive capacity regarding strategic and tactical IT planning;
• Offering a comprehensive perspective on a rapidly changing IT environment;
• Providing access to IT resources, including articles, reports, templates, and other IT-related documents; and
• Delivering general IT business advisory services as needed.

These services are essential for ITD to maintain the guidance needed for effective strategic and tactical IT planning and to receive specialized advice on the evolving IT environment.
