Arcadia WWTP Influent Screening Installation

Project Description: Online Sealed Bids will be received by the LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY via the PennBid Program until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, April 25, 2025. All bids will be publicly opened online and posted. The project is titled “Arcadia WWTP Influent Screening Installation” and will consist of one contract:
General Construction: Bid No. 30805

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM prevailing time on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at the Arcadia Wastewater Treatment Plant, 9767 Commerce Circle Kutztown, PA 19530. Bids from parties not present at the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be accepted.
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total.
It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years’ experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.

The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
