Contract Opportunity

-This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract between the United States Forest Service and the prospective vendor.

-Vendors shall have an active System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov account at the time of award and provide the sam.gov Unique Identity Identifier (UEI) in there responses.

-Payment will be made utilizing the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) https://www.ipp.for.fiscal.treasury.gov/

-Each offer must show a pricing breakdown showing the cost of each element, provide a description showing how the services/supplies meet or exceeds all parts of the Statement of Work (SOW).

-Vendors responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR 52.212-1. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluations are (1) Technical Specifications and (2) Price and must also have satisfactory past performance.

-The basis for award is the Best Value per FAR 15.101 Best Value Continuum

-This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

-This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

-The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

-The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current version of the FAR and other applicable laws.
