Work Scope
It is the intent of this Quotation to secure the services of a qualified Vendor to transport children for the City of Allentown’s 2026 Summer Playground Program to various locations in the City of Allentown.

Submittal
The City of Allentown will begin to receive sealed bids online via PennBid only at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Submissions shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. Vendors must submit proposals online; those who fail to submit complete applications through PennBid will not be considered for award. Submissions must include a scanned copy of the Bid Bond through PennBid in the appropriate drop down. The PROPOSAL PAGE must be completed and submitted through PennBid. Other Forms must be completed and uploaded to PennBid.
Proposals may be withdrawn, altered or otherwise modified within PennBid at any time prior to the due date and time listed. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Responses received after the prevailing date and time will be rejected as non-responsive.
ALL SUBMITTALS must comply with the Bid Bond responsibility. Submissions must include a scanned copy of the said security through PennBid in the appropriate drop down. The City shall contact the apparent low bidder or any bidder, if required, to request the original bid security. The bidder must submit the original security to the City within seven (7) calendar days of being contacted. Failure to submit the original security within this timeframe will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive, and their bid will not be considered.
