Billerica Public Schools will receive bids for the Locke, Kennedy and Marshall Asbestos Abatement. Sealed bids must be received in its entirety by the Billerica Public Schools, Central Offices, 365 Boston Road, Room 215, Billerica, MA 01821 by June 6th at 10:00 am at which time they will be publicly opened and read. For free copies of bid documents (IFB), please email Sbartlett@billericak12.com beginning May 15th, 2025. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons having obtained a bid packet. All bids must be made on the official bid form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed is a sealed envelope. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Subsequent to thirty days an offer may be withdrawn in writing. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on May 22nd, 2025 at 2:00 pm, beginning in the Main Lobby of the Marshall Middle School, 15 Floyd Street Billerica, MA, followed by the Locke Middle School 110 Allen Road Billerica, MA followed by the Kennedy Elementary School, 20 Kimbrough Road, Billerica, MA. Billerica Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bid documents
