Project Description: The Cities of South Jordan and West Jordan seek proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) with experience in corridor planning, transportation engineering, preliminary design, stakeholder engagement, and public involvement to assist with developing a comprehensive corridor plan for Old Bingham Highway (OBH). The plan will be done in two phases: Phase One will evaluate the roadway segment extending from the Old Bingham TRAX Station (5600 W) to New Bingham Highway (8100 W), with a focus on long-term multi-modal transportation needs, land use coordination, and overall corridor planning and visioning. Phase Two will involve preparing a more detailed, in-depth preliminary design, right-of-way documentation and cost estimate for the segment of OBH between Mountain View Corridor and Bacchus Highway.
Consultant must have these minimum qualifications; otherwise, the proposal will be rejected and will not be evaluated.
Consultant must be listed on UDOT's prequalified consultant pool for the Planning and/or Preconstruction Engineering disciplines; OR
Provide proof of a "Pass" on UDOT’s technical qualification review for the applicable discipline(s) and be awaiting UDOT financial screening.

It is the responsibility of any potential Consultant to check for updates. Any addendums or updates will be posted through Bonfire. The City is responsible to post any and all updates to questions through Bonfire; it is the potential Consultant’s responsibility to ensure they are checking for updates.
