Project Description: Davis County (the “County”) owns the Bountiful Branch Library located at 725 S Main Street,
Bountiful, Utah (the “Facility”). The Facility is operated by the County.
The County plans to renovate, remodel, and update the existing Facility (the “Project”). The County
has contracted with Modern Out West (an architectural firm) (the “Architect) to design and engineer
the renovation of the existing Bountiful Branch Library, and the Architect has provided a Conceptual
layout and design attached hereto as Exhibit C.
The County desires to contract with a licensed Construction Manager (the “Vendor”) experienced in
remodeling, design assisting, and constructing libraries or other similar facilities, to commence and
complete the Project. The County will contract with the selected Vendor using the revised American
Institute of Architect (“AIA”) documents attached hereto as Exhibit D, which documents the Vendor
agrees to be bound by upon submitting a proposal in response to this RFP.
