The 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron (1 SOFSS) and Military Personnel Flight Section request contract support for the Customer Support Section for non-personal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform customer support services as defined in the Performance Work except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Services will include administration of personnel programs to include: Automatic Records Management and Personnel Records Display Application, Military Personnel Data System, Common Access Cards, Casualty Support, Adoption, Citizenship, INTRO, Family Care Plans, Service Group Life Insurance and Family Service Group Life Insurance, and shared programs with Finance Defense Joint Military Systems, Master Military Pay Accounts, and Leave Web programs. A DD Form 254, Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification, is part of the requirement for access to secure systems as stated in Section 1.9.3 of Performance Work Statement.
The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 – Office Administrative Services and the Size Standard is $12,500,000.00. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 01 December 2024. The proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM,floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside
