Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Remodel of the 2nd floor office space at the Utah Higher Education Building at 60 S 400 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Base bid will consist of all work outlined in the plans and specifications for the project. Parking garage below the building. Front entrance on the East side, street level.
Construction Cost Estimate: $1,513,000.00
