Project Description: Bids will be received via PennBid until 10:00 a.m. local time on April 30, 2026 for reconstruction of Bridge 2904 in Mercer County Pennsylvania. Bids will be opened and publicly announced immediately following the submission deadline by a representative of the County Bridge Engineer in the Mercer County Bridge Department located at 104 Mortensen Road Greenville PA. Documents are available online at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/). The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all submissions or parts thereof to waive any informality.
