Description
Work of the Project includes replacing the main beams supporting the Drake Field Pavilion, as they are in poor condition, showing signs of rot and splitting. The entire wooden structure will also need to be seal-coated to prevent future rot. The Contractor will also need to provide Engineer stamped construction shoring design plans.
