Description
Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the Ministry’s Multi-Use List of Qualified Suppliers of Land Access Agent Consulting Services. The 2021 Atmospheric River Event resulted in significant and widespread sediment deposition, bank erosion, channel avulsions and flooding in BC. Waterway assessments were undertaken by qualified engineers after the 2021 ARE and indicated that swift action was required to address the capacity and condition of the waterways. Many objectives were proposed by the qualified engineers in order to address the capacity and condition of the waterways, and in order to achieve these objectives, the Province requires a list of Qualified Suppliers who can support the Province to provide consultation, planning and field services in the province of BC, including, but not necessarily limited to, land title search, completing Land Registry Packages, facilitating Land/Property Access Agreement execution, obtaining and monitoring Land/Property access for and during construction Work phase. The required Services are described in greater detail, including in section 5, the appendices and schedules.
As described in section 8, on a non-exclusive “as, if and when requested” basis, Qualified Suppliers may be sent Competition Notices providing the opportunity to compete to provide Services to the Ministry.
Only Qualified Suppliers will be sent and may respond to Competition Notices that may issue from this MULRFQ. No Competition Notices will be issued before the Initial Intake.
Interested Suppliers should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this MULRFQ and submit a Response as described in section 7 .
