Procurement Summary:
The Work required for this Project includes but is not limited to: Selective site demolition; clearing and grubbing; removal of asphalt pavement; installation of domestic water, fire water, sewer, natural gas, power and stormwater utilities; grading; asphalt paving; pavement markings; concrete placement; installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk; landscaping, installation of an at grade railroad crossing including track work; chain link fencing; installation of a self-contained pressure washing facility; installation of prefabricated guard shelter; installation of a tent style maintenance shelter; street lighting. Work will be conducted on Port owned property, City of Tacoma Right-of-Way and Tacoma Rail track.
Notes:
The site visit will convene at the Port's Administrative building, located at One Sitcum Plaza.
