EVALUATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
The Utility will review all proposals and make a recommendation. The Utility reserves the right to award this contract to the firm that provides the best match for the project requirements and serves the best interest of the Utility. However, cost-effectiveness is a factor of consideration. If a fee cannot be mutually agreed upon, the Utility has the option to open negotiations with the second highest ranked firm and will repeat this process until agreement is reached. All consultants submitting a proposal will be notified in writing as to their status in the selection process.
