Pyxis Medication Dispensing Systems Services

SPECIAL NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St. Saginaw, Michigan 48602, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Pyxis Medication Dispensing System Services. NAICS Code 811210, size standard $34 Million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with CareFusion Solution LLC (3750 Torrey View CT, San Diego, CA 92310), for this procurement due to the specialized nature of this procurement. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, necessary to service the requirement located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan, for the period of December 01, 2025 – November 30, 2026, in strict accordance with the statement of work, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:00pm Eastern on 9/24/25.
