This agency proposes to issue a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDQC) contract for NSN 5310-01-595-4428 utilizing FAR part 15. The proposed contract has a base year and four (4), one-year options. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified awardee. A subcontracting plan may be required. Certified cost and pricing data will be required per FAR 15.403-4. Higher level Quality System export control applies to this procurement. Available Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described will be available at time of Request for Proposal (RFP) release via cFolders. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 12/08/25 A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
