Exterior Repairs and Upgrades to Fire Station #2

The Londonderry Fire Department is seeking qualified contractors to perform exterior repairs and upgrades to Fire Station # 2 located at 17 Young Road Londonderry, NH 03053. The primary objectives are to replace a failing roof covering system, replace all rain gutters and downspouts, replace exterior building trim, sheathing, and components, and exterior painting, electrical, lighting, and building signage. A copy of the RFP may be downloaded from the Town’s website at www.londonderrynh.gov/bids .

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Londonderry Fire Department Station #2 Exterior Repairs”. All submittals must be submitted on or before Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM to be eligible for consideration.
