New Type 1 Medium Duty Ambulance

The Town of Londonderry, NH is seeking bids from qualified vendors for one (1) new Type 1 Medium Duty Ambulance and Chassis with the possibility of additional units in accordance with  the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in the Request for Bid (RFB) which can be obtained at https://www.Londonderrynh.gov/bids . All bids must be received by June 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM Two (2) copies of the BID package must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked:

The Town of Londonderry reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals/bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal/bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Town of Londonderry.  As applicable, Proposals/Bids  will  not  be  accepted  from  any  Bidder  who  is  considered  either  suspended  or debarred from doing business with the Federal Government and is listed as ineligible on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.  In addition, all bidders must maintain good standing in the  State  of  New  Hampshire  with  the  New  Hampshire  Better  Business  Bureau  and  not  be  suspended or debarred from conducting business with the State of New Hampshire bureaus and agencies.

No Bid Questionnaire – perspective Bidders are encouraged to complete a No Bid Questionnaire (appended to the RFP/RFB) where they choose not to submit a proposal under the RFP.  The intent of the questionnaire is to determine whether terms, requirements, specifications, schedules, or other requirements should be reevaluated on future requests for goods or services.
