.1 All permits, registrations, inspections and fees as required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
.2 Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing components including the boilers, storage tank,
pumps, electrical, and piping as indicated on the tender drawings.
.3 Installation of new hot water tanks, including all associated water and gas piping, pumps,
venting, valves, electrical, insulation, and controls as indicated on the tender drawings in
pricing Options 1 and 2.
.4 Record drawing and O&M manual submission.
.5 On-site owner training on operations and maintenance of new equipment.
