Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Provide a dedicated VAV box and associated ductwork, controls, etc. for the nail
classroom. Remove the existing make-up air unit serving the nail salon with a smaller unit and update
controls. Remove existing hoods and associated exhaust fans and make-up air unit from the old
art studio / current biology room. Provide new VAV box and associated ductwork, controls, etc. for the biology classrooms. Repair ceilings, lighting, and fire sprinklers as needed to accommodate.
Construction Cost Estimate: $156,000.00
