Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - SWT-Tulsa District - offers this solicitation for the Rehabilitation and Upgrade of a Lift Station at Wister Lake, OK. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to fully rehabilitate the lift station located at the Wister Lake Project Office in Wister, Oklahoma (Le Flore County). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the upgrade of an existing 3-phase power waste management system, including the installation of a new 1,000-gallon solids tank that will drain into the existing tank. The contractor will install a high-efficiency water pump in existing tank that will pump uphill to sewer lagoon. The tank lid hinges will be inspected and repaired to restore full operability and safety. The contractor will be required to install a new streamlined control panel designed to enhance the operational performance and reliability. Prior to installation, all obsolete components specifically the existing railing and pump will be carefully dismantled and removed from the existing tank. Disposal of these items will be conducted in compliance with all federal, state, and environmental safety laws regulations. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. In accordance with FAR 36.204, DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is less than $25,000. The NAICS code for this project is 237110, WATER AND SEWER LINE AND RELATED STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTION. The size standard is $45M. The Period of Performance is 45 days.
