Clean out and plug nineteen (19) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,900 to 3,550 feet in depth,
to Department specifications.
Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for April 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Clear Creek State Park, Shelter 5 Picnic Area, Sigel, PA 15860 (41.3215 - 79.0775), PA. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
