Description:

The City of Williamsburg Department of Public Works, hereafter known as the City, is seeking bids from contractors

for the removal and disposal of residuals from the two (2) lagoons at the City of Williamsburg’s Water Treatment

Plant to the original elevations of each lagoon. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation,

permits, fees, survey, restoration, supervision or other facilities, duties, or incidentals necessary for execution and

completion of the Project in compliance with the Contract Documents.

Contractor registration in accordance with Title 2.2 Chapter 43, Code of Virginia is required. The Bidder
shall include in its Bid the following notation: “Licensed Virginia Contractor No. .”

Special Requirements:

Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
