♦ This Design-Build project consists of improvements to the existing median island located on N Sepulveda Blvd between Haynes St & Lemay St. The median island is 13 ft in width & approximately 1,285 ft in length.
♦ Improvements include the construction of a 5-ft wide concrete sidewalk, a 7-ft wide irrigated planting area with active irrigation system including 26 new parkway swales & 27 new street trees, an improved bus stop with new site furniture, & street improvements including 4 new curb ramps, 3 upgraded curb ramps & 5 new continental crosswalks
